Signups were held on February 6 and 13. If you would still like to sign up, please visit the signup info page and download and print the forms. You can mail the forms to our PO Box.

Every player must either participate in the candy sale (100 candy bars at $1.00 ea) or buyout of the process by paying the league $50.00, which is equivalent to the profit from the sale.
Every family is requested to volunteer. There is a refundable $25.00 volunteer fee. Once the 8 hours have been completed, the family downloads the form from the website, completes it, has the coach/board member sign it and mail it in for the $25.00 refund.

- Medical Release Form
- Concussion Form
- Parent Code of Conduct
- Volunteer Form (if this is not completed, you are not eligible to volunteer and therefore not eligible for the refund)
- Volunteer code of conduct
- Payment
If you have additional questions, we will also be at White Center fields on Sat, 2/27 from 11:00-2:00 for tryouts (upper divisions only)
Southwest Little League operates entirely on the volunteer efforts of participating families.
Parents – Southwest Little League is working to develop new leadership. We encourage you to step into the roles vacated by volunteers who’s children who have outgrown little league. The league is an all volunteer organization that exists for the benefit of youth in the White Center, Highpoint, Top Hat, Shorewood, Arbor Heights, Riverview, and Seahurst neighborhoods.
